Production Operatives (Enniskillen)

Due to winning a number of new business contracts we are actively recruiting for a number of Production Operative roles at our Enniskillen site. The roles will involve assisting in all areas of production including operating various equipment, transporting of materials to & from print press/conversion machinery and ensuring the timely preparation and distribution of inks to the presses for production.

The role

• Working within a modern, automated, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, setting and operating machinery.
• Ensure the timely preparation and distribution of inks to the presses for production
  
• He/she will be able to identify potential safety, quality, and process improvement opportunities.
• The successful candidate will report to and receive instructions from the Production Supervisor/Manufacturing Manager.

Essential Criteria

• Numeracy and literacy
• Good verbal and written understanding of English
• Ability to work shifts - rotating day shift and night shift pattern

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience in a Production environment

Rate of pay : £12.60 per hour plus 20% shift allowance which equates to a total of £15.12 per hour

Working 7 shifts in every 14 days
