• Salary up to £31,500

The Role:

As the successful Finance Officer , you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Income processing
• Setting up direct debits
• Note over payments
• Chasing payments
• Recovery of rent arrears
• Producing reports
• Liaising with different stakeholders
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Finance Officer will meet the following criteria:

• Experience working in a finance department carrying out financial data entry and reconciliations
• High attention to detail
• Patience
• Strong communication skills.
