Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Property Co-ordinator, to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a remote working role and establish a long-term career within a growing business.
The Property Co-ordinator is an integral role for the business, responsible for co-ordinating works, and ensuring all project-related documentation is digitally filed, organised and accessible for key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of day to day works and provide an exemplary level of customer service. Duties of this role include:
- Managing the internal database, ensuring all property/site information is organised, filed and readily available for key stakeholders.
- Be the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal departments, coordinating information to relevant stakeholders.
- Collating regular reports/spreadsheet work via Microsoft Excel, ensuring attention to detail with high level data.
- Assisting with aftercare, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing material, increasing brand awareness through social media platforms with engaging and insightful posts.
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.
The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role, where they have demonstrated an ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced role. You will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. The right candidate for this role will possess strong IT skills, and demonstrable experience navigating Microsoft Excel. Construction experience is advantageous for this role, but not essential.
The Package for this role includes remote working, and a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience, with an early finish every Friday.
