Finance Business Case Support

Hays Accountancy and Finance are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance professional to join our client's team, who are a well-known organisation that have a meaningful impact on the community, as well as providing a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will provide expertise in financial analysis, legal and employment considerations, equality impact assessment, and project timeline management.
This role is crucial in completing a comprehensive business case on current pension arrangements.

Your new role

• Financial Analysis:
  Develop detailed financial costings for all identified business case options. Provide cost-benefit analyses, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Legal and Employment Evaluation:
  Assess potential legal implications, including regulatory compliance and contractual obligations. Evaluate the impact on staffing, including redundancy risks, employee contracts, and HR policies.
• Equality Impact Assessment:
  Conduct thorough equality impact assessments for each business case option. Provide actionable recommendations to address and mitigate any identified equality concerns.
• Project Timeline Management:
  Create and manage a project timeline to ensure all deliverables are completed by the end of the current financial year. Include key milestones for feedback and approval stages.
