As part of Ulster University, we are proud of our state-of-the-art educational centre, incorporating a restaurant, culinary school, beverage school, and conference and meeting facilities.
Duties to include:
- Providing service and support to the restaurant and bar operation.
- Providing support for the provision of events and functions.
- Ensuring that all kitchens, stores, restaurant, bar and function areas (as appropriate) are equipped and resourced to undertake the planned operation/event.
- Ensuring the maintenance of high standards of hygiene including HACCP requirements.
- ABOUT YOU -
- Practical working skills in bartending/barista area, or front of house staff as demonstrated by qualifications, industry recognised training, or experience.
- Demonstrable experience of service in a customer facing role.
