Receptionist
Belfast City Centre
£20,000- £25,000 FT or 4 day week
Signatus are recruiting an experienced and professional receptionist for an well known solicitors practice based in Belfast City centre. We are ideally looking for someone who has minimum 2 years in a professional service industry, accountancy practice, law firm, or other high end service industry. The role is an office based, client facing one. As such, the receptionist will be the first point of contact with the client and will handle 90% of incoming telephone calls with existing clients and new clients enquiring about the firm's services.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can make an immediate start but all applicants with a notice period will also be considered.
What do I need to be successful?
The receptionist role will ideally suit someone who has performed this role previously in a high end service industry or even from within a hospitality sector if coupled with strong IT ad administrative skillsets also.
Whilst the majority of the role is reception focused, there will be additional work including scanning, photocopying and mail sorting to perform.
Experience using legal software would be ideal but not essential.
The role is a permanent contract, on site office based one generally 9-5pm with an early finish on a Friday.
Our client is open to applications from law graduates or paralegals who can demonstrate office based experience or exceptional customer service based experience and who can also perform the above administrative functions.
