Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35-hour workweek.

  • Location: Hybrid working with an office based in Belfast.

  • Type: Permanent position.

  • Available Areas: Corporate, Commercial, International.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across a wide range of insurance risks, securing placements within the market.

  • Offer expert, timely advice to clients on their specific insurance requirements.

  • Collaborate with insurer partners to ensure the best service and coverage for clients.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service, promptly addressing client accounts, mid-term adjustments, and queries in a professional manner.

  • Manage client files efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of cases.

  • Uphold client confidentiality with the utmost care and professionalism.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in account management within the insurance industry.

  • Proven ability to address complex, technical insurance matters.

  • Experience in managing a diverse client base with varying levels of risk and complexity.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels across multiple communication channels.
