IT Systems Analyst (Power BI Experience)

My client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth IT operations, supporting a range of enterprise applications, and maintaining high service levels for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support, managing incidents, service requests, and change processes within SLAs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating when necessary.

• Assist first-line analysts and collaborate with third-party vendors.

• Maintain key business applications like Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

• Monitor IT services to prevent downtime and ensure service continuity.

• Document technical procedures and system configurations.

• Support IT service efficiency improvements, automation, and training initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years in IT support within an enterprise setting.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Dynamics CRM.

• Experience with third-party IT service providers.

• Analytical problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Desirable Skills:

• Power BI and QlikView experience.

• Manufacturing or pharmaceutical IT experience.

• ITIL certification.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and enterprise software.

• Experience with ERP, MES, SCM, or LIMS systems.
