Job Title: HR Reward Specialist (6-Month Temporary)
Location: Belfast
Salary: £55,000 - £59,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced HR Reward Specialist for a 6-month temporary role with a leading private-sector organisation in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in reward strategy, compensation, and benefits to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage competitive reward strategies.

  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.

  • Advise on salary reviews, bonus schemes, and employee benefits.

  • Support reward processes and annual reviews.

  • Communicate reward strategies to employees.

Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience in Reward or Compensation and Benefits, ideally in the private sector.

  • Strong knowledge of reward structures, trends, and legislation.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • CIPD or equivalent qualification (desirable).
