Honeycomb is thrilled to partner with a leading bank across Northern Ireland to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor based in Derry/Londonderry and Limavady.
This is a full-time, temporary position (35 hours per week), working Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The role has the potential to become permanent.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and friendly service to valued customers, helping them find the right banking solutions while ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, providing tailored recommendations on products and services.
- Prioritise customer needs, ensuring excellent service and first-time resolutions.
- Promote digital and self-service banking options for added convenience.
- Accurately complete transactions, following all policies, controls, and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive and efficient branch environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, delivering a high standard of care.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines with accuracy.
- Confidence using technology across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
