Payroll | Part Time | South Belfast
REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client, based in South Belfast, who are recruiting for a Payroller to join their structured finance team on a PART TIME basis, 3 days per week (flexible).
This is a permanent part time opportunity, office based.
£Excellent Salary, depending on experience.
The Role:
- Management, coordination, and processing of payroll for a client base
- Checking accuracy of payroll information in order to ensure timely payment of salaries
- Processing all payroll forms
- Calculating sickness, pension, holiday pay according to contractual entitlements
- Liaising with other staff regarding payroll queries
- Liaising with HR regarding new starts, leavers, remuneration and conditions of service
- Completing payroll reconciliations
- Producing management reports as required
The Person:
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience processing a payroll for a number of SME companies and have a good understanding of HMRC and pension legislation.
Candidates will be highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced payroller to join a stable team and a happy working environment. The ideal person will work 3 days per week however there is flexibility around working hours.
