The Role
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum basic + commission ( OTE £80 - 100k )
- Our client employs over 100 people and exports globally
- Full time
- Car, laptop and mobile phone provided
- 28 days annual leave
- Permanent
Main focus:You will develop our clients AGRI Sales product range through dealers and aftermarket users operating within Northern England . You will support future growth strategy by developing mutually beneficial partnerships across the territory with a particular focus on premium products and solutions.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Develop relationships with dealers and end-users
- Monitor sales vs targets on a monthly basis and create business plans to recover/grow
- Focus on growth initiatives to exploit potential of a one-stop shop for agriculture
- Demonstrate reliable product knowledge and information of all brands and segments within product portfolio
- Communicate customer feedback and market insight
- Maintain sales activity records and sales reports
- Respond to sales enquiries by phone, electronically or in person
- Develop connectivity and interfaces with customer systems
What you'll need for this role:- You will have experience in Agri Sales , with strong knowledge of equipment, agricultural & plant machinery
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills
- Motivated - go getter!
- Excellent organisational ability
