The Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective governance and reporting across c100 projects on the Executive Programme on Paramilitarism & Organised Crime (EPPOC), delivered through a network of delivery leads across the Northern Ireland Civil Service and wider public sector. They will lead on capturing Programme learning, knowledge sharing, and tracking and assessing the Programme’s agreed end and intermediary benefits. They will work with colleagues across the team focused on communications, Assembly and Executive Engagement, embedding and scaling good practice and developing plans for activity after funding ends in 2027. They will be instrumental in designing and implementing to the Programme’s closure phase.
