The Role:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Drive platform development, enhancing capabilities and scalability.
Oversee feature delivery, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business goals.

The Person:
The successful Software Development Manager will have ample, demonstrable experience in a similar role, at a similar level.
It is essential that you have a background in software engineering, ideally coming from a .Net / C# development background, but a background with other technologies will also be considered.
You will have proven people management and team development skills.
It is essential that you bring prior experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
And importantly, you will have a real passion for technology, delivering impactful solutions, and nurturing a growing team.

Location: Belfast
Working Structure: Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week on-site in Belfast, Northern Ireland
