IT Service Manager
ICT Service Managers are key to manage the development and ongoing maintenance of the IT Service Level Management process, including Service Catalogues, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), Operational Level Agreements. Service Managers perform many functions, including contract renewals, engagement on a regular basis with internal ICT customers and external service providers to review performance against the service levels and develop any corrective action plans.
Your work portfolio may also include service management activities across other core ICT services and systems, both customer facing and core infrastructural. There will be a requirement to manage small Service Desk team.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1. A 3rd level IT qualification and a minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, including similar challenges and responsibilities OR (in the absence of a 3rd level IT qualification) a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, in an ICT Service Manager role, including similar challenges and responsibilities.
AND
2. Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in the provision of support to and implementation of, complex IT systems.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing 3rd party goods or services supply contracts to include management of budgets.
4. Minimum of 3 years’ experience transitioning large projects into live services.
5. Demonstrable IT technical knowledge and experience, with supporting all ICT aspects of a business project from design through development, testing, implementation and production to service introduction.
6. Demonstrable experience of developing relationships both internal (within the organisation) and external (service delivery organisations or vendors) to deliver appropriate and cost effective ICT services.
