Customer Technical Trainer - Engineering

Want an opportunity to work with a leading Engineering department to create training content/material?

MCS Group is delighted to be working with one of Europes fastest growing Manufacturing companies, to recruit a unique role locally, for a Customer Technical Trainer to join their team.

You will work with the Training Manager to co-ordinate, deliver and ensure that all training meets the needs of the Customers and Mobile Service Engineers in the field.
You will be vital to shaping the Parts and Service Training function as the organisation continues to grow and will be a key driver in the development and delivery of a value-added Learning and Development Strategy.

You will;

• Implement Learning and Development strategies based on the needs of our customers.
• Work alongside the Training team and customers business area, develop training plans and deliver appropriate training programmes in a timely manner.
• Apply a suite of Learning and Development policies, procedures and practices
• Identify, develop, and as appropriate deliver training programmes/videos, ensuring our customers objectives are met in a timely manner and to the appropriate standard.
