VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Administrator for a major Security Systems focused company based in Belfast.
This is a Part-time position - 20 hours per week (Ideally spread over 3, 4 or 5 days)
Permanent position - Position of work is Hillsborough
Salary:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and colleagues’ emails daily.
- Liaising with customer ensuring they are kept up to date with schedule dates
- Assisting with sales order processing
- Quality Admin work - Making sure product specifications are correct by proofreading etc
- Varied role - Each day will be different
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills w
- Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word & basic knowledge of Excel
