Rate of pay: £14.50
Location: Stormont
Hours: 37 Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.
Duration: December 2025 with possible extension
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
Main duties and responsibilities
A Personal Secretary is required to support three part-time Senior Medical Officers within the Department of Health, Office of the Chief Medical Officer. The duties of the post are:
Diary management – arranging meetings, accepting invites, collating papers etc
Mailbox management – categorising emails, creating a daily log of emails to be actioned
Records management – ensuring emails etc are appropriately saved on the Department’s record management system
Travel arrangements – booking flights and accommodation as required
Corporate governance - Liaison with OCMO iro corporate returns such as finance etc
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English and 2 A Levels.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI check during the registration process.
