Executive Recruitment Director (Potential Equity)

We are currently looking for a Business Development Director to join at this exciting stage in our development. THE ROLE

• Using sales, business development, marketing and networking to attract business from client companies
• Visiting new and existing clients on a regular basis
• Researching the market to identify potential new business markets
• Draw up and implement a sales and marketing strategy to maximise business opportunities
• Negotiating / Liaising with clients and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and according to agreed plan
• Offering consultancy advice to clients with regard to salaries, candidate availability, market conditions etc

THE PERSON

• A minimum of 4-5 years Business Development or recruitment experience at Decision Maker level within a business-to-business environment
• A minimum of 4-5 years experience within the Recruitment Sector in N.I.
• Degree educated
• Confident dealing/networking with clients at Director level
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate with strong report writing skills
• Determined and motivated to succeed in a competitive but highly rewarding sector
• Looking to build a long term career and interested in moving to potential equity based on performance

SALARY

An attractive starting salary within the range + commission/profit share will be on offer.
