Project Manager required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. This role is based in Craigavon and is a temporary position initially for 3 months.
The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £18.06 per hour.
The main duties will include assisting the Senior Project Manager, managing and coordinating the regions planned maintenance programme, leading large scale projects, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, assessing risks and compiling reports for the approval panel.
What We Need From You
Level 6 qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline
1 years experience working within a Building/Construction setting
Willingness to undertake an Access NI Police check
