Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
Bangor (BT19)
Salary c.£26K - £30K DOE
On behalf of our
client, a growing local Engineering business McKinty Associates are seeking to
recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to
join their team.
Key Duties:
·
To
provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact for the
business.
·
General administration support to team members.
·
Answering calls, responding to emails.
·
Open and distribute mail
as appropriate.
·
Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry
·
Typing various documents and electronic
information.
·
Dealing with queries
from customers.
·
Dairy management of
Engineers.
·
Sales ledger / Purchase ledger
·
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
·
Credit control
·
Payroll
·
Manage and maintain financial records and documents
·
Other
ad-hoc accounting and administration duties as and when required
Eligibility
criteria:
·
Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
·
Education to include a minimum of 3 GCSE's grade
C or above or equivalent.
·
Computer literate - including strong Microsoft
Excel, Word and Outlook.
·
Excellent administration & organisational
skills.
·
Highly computer literate including strong Excel
skills.
·
Excellent communicator and able to build
relationships and rapport.
·
Good numeracy aptitude and keen eye for detail.
·
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and
workload.
·
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of
a team.
