We are delighted to be working with a progressive and ambitious law firm in Newtownabbey, seeking a skilled Solicitor with experience in Conveyancing and/or Wills & Probate. The Role:

As a General Practice Solicitor, you will:

• 
  Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• 
  Handle Wills & Probate matters, advising clients on estate planning, drafting wills, and managing probate administration.
• 
  Provide expert legal advice, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
• 
  Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to maintain strong working relationships.
• 
  Draft, review, and finalise legal documents with high attention to detail.
• 
  Stay up to date with changes in property and probate law to ensure best practices and compliance.
• 
  Play a key role in the firm’s growth, with a focus on developing new business and strengthening client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 
  A qualified Solicitor with experience in Conveyancing and/or Wills & Probate.
• 
  A strong track record of managing a busy caseload with efficiency and professionalism.
• 
  Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• 
  A proactive, ambitious mindset, with a desire to take on a leadership role.
• 
  Interest in business development and contributing to the firm’s expansion.
• 
  A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
