Branch Manager - Coleraine - Permanent

Riada Resourcing is delighted to be representing a leading Builders Merchants this is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at its Coleraine branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the branch team, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing all operational aspects of the business. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and operations management

About the role:
  • From £40,000 to £45,000
  • Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and development for the branch team.
  • Manage budgets and operational forecasts.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Oversee and support the tool hire department to achieve growth targets.
  • Coordinate promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage stock control and distribution, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safeguard company assets.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience in sales, operations, and people management.
  • Strong working knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Experience using CRM and financial systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Full, valid driver’s licence is essential.
