The Opportunity
Senior Consultant – Construction Sector
We are seeking a highly ambitious recruitment or consultative sales professional to join our growing team, focused on developing and fostering long term relationships with key clients and job seekers, with a professional and customer focused approach.
Our clients include main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, public sector bodies, design consultancies, spanning main build, civil engineering, housing, water and rail industries.
This particular opportunity presents huge potential for strong financial earning and also personal and professional development.
You will work within a small, close-knit team of industry specialists, who will offer support and guidance whilst you get to grips with the desk and the market.
The Ideal Person
- A strong academic profile
- 1 - 2 year’s Recruitment, or Consultative Sales experience
The Package
- Excellent base salary numbers
- A guaranteed OTE for a period (6 months plus) as you get to grips with the recruitment flow within VANRATH
- Up to 25% commission on placement fees generated (uncapped). Typical monthly commission will range from £2500 - £5000, with higher performers achieving more.
