Customs Officer - Hybrid / Armagh

Vanrath are currently recruiting for a Customs Agent on behalf of a leading business based in Armagh.

The Role:

• Accurately prepare and process customs documentation for import and export shipments.
• Liaise effectively with customs authorities, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues and expedite clearance.
• Ensure precise data entry and maintenance in customs management systems.
• Address and resolve customs-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain thorough and organised records of all customs transactions.
• Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Person:

• Previous experience in an administrator role
• The ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Remuneration:

• Salary range £25,000 - £30,000
• Hybrid Working (1 day from home)
• Performance bonus
