Salary starting £65,409 per annum plus attractive pension

Invest Northern Ireland is recruiting a Head of Property Solutions to provide strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight for our Property Team.

The role

This role is of strategic importance to Invest NI and will support our Business Strategy with the objective to drive Northern Ireland’s economic growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact by leading a team to operationalise and deliver Invest NI’s recently approved Regional Property Programme while continuing to manage an existing property portfolio and related service provision.

The candidate

You will have strong team leadership skills and considerable relevant experience of management and development of a land and/or property portfolio at a senior level, as well as strong relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
