We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Ballykelly as a full-time EO2.

Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.

Work Coach Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Initially 3 months

Work Coach hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37 hours

Job Duties

– Manage the collection of monthly energy and water data across the Department, monitor, bench-mark and investigate discrepancies in usage via premises officer monthly returns, telemetry, on-line supplier accounts and automatic meter reading dashboard.
– Ensuring relevant monthly energy returns for Property Division buildings are made to DoF.
– Ensure an up to date asset portfolio in relation to the Energy Carbon Data Repository (ECDR) project.
– Assist in the provision of information relating to energy and water in a format for use within reports etc
– Assist in managing Collaborative Energy Contracts.
– Effective staff management of an AO.
– AccountNI processes, ordering, making and approving payments.
– Co-ordinate meeting preparations, circulation of papers and secretariat duties, and minute taking.
– Record management and corporate co-coordinator for the Branch including collation of data and assisting with responses relating to FOI, AQ and Ministerial queries by issuing acknowledgements, tracking progress and saving documents to Content Manager.

  • Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Organised with good time management skill
