Our client is a multinational market leader within the Food Manufacturing industry. They are seeking a New Product Development Manager to join their Dungannon team on a state-of-the-art site. They work with a multitude of household names and are planning to grow and evolve the business over the coming years.

Your new role
As New Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, and acting as the first point of contact for customers. As NPD Manager, you are expected to manage the process of ensuring new and re-developed products are launched successfully.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role of New Product Development Manager, you will possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate between other site disciplines. You will be proactive in keeping up to date with industry trends and also have a keen eye for detail, ensuring appropriate maintenance of records involving NPD activities.

Flexibility on a 4-day work week can also be discussed upon first conversation with Hays. Working hours are 8am-4:30pm. This is a maternity cover position, but there is a possibility of a role on a permanent basis.
