Role Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday - Friday, 35 Hours per Week)
• Location: Hybrid – Office in Belfast (flexible work from home options available)
• Specialisations: Corporate, Commercial, and International sectors

• Maintain top-tier customer service by managing client accounts and addressing mid-term adjustments and queries efficiently
• Ensure all client cases are handled accurately and promptly

• Strong knowledge of technical insurance matters
