Stock Control & Supply Chain Manager - Garvagh - Permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Control & Supply Chain Manager to oversee stock management and supply chain operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in stock control systems, and the ability to develop efficient inventory processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, minimising wastage, and improving stock management strategies. - Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
- 37 hours
- Permanent role
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the overall stock control with the company
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of stock records using the in-house stock app
- Develop and implement plans for improvements with the company stock control processes
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal stock consumers e.g. sub-contractors and PB staff with regard to stock control procedures
- Interact and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers and clients eg NBI where free issue materials are provided
- Manage PB stock team including stock controllers at site yards
- Ensure stock wastage is minimised according to company and client standards.
- Organise and undertake regular stocktakes of free issue materials including cycle counting
- Ensure adherence to client stock reporting deadlines
- Other duties as required
What you'll need for this role:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using a computerised stock system.
- A clean driving license (travel to PB yards in ROI and stores required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
