Role Overview:

As the Health & Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety strategies within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.?

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Development: Formulate and enforce comprehensive health and safety policies in line with legal requirements.?
• Safety Audits: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.?
• Incident Management: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, analyze root causes, and develop preventive strategies.?
• Training & Development: Organize and deliver training sessions on safety protocols to ensure staff competency.?
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and compliance documentation.?
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management to foster a culture of ongoing enhancement in health and safety practices.?

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven background in health and safety management, preferably within the M&E sector.?
• Knowledge: Extensive understanding of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.?
• Certification: NEBOSH certification or equivalent is mandatory.?
• Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.?
• Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives effectively
