Supply Chain Manager - Dungannon - £40-60K


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of perishable goods, minimising waste, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.


You will manage the logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution of products with limited shelf life, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to optimise the supply chain from production to customer.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for chilled/Frozen products, from procurement to distribution.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ensure FIFO rotation, and forecast demand to minimise waste.
  • Accurately forecast demand using historical data and market trends, adjusting procurement and distribution strategies to meet fluctuating customer requirements.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, and monitor performance.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate transportation, cold chain maintenance, and timely deliveries.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure product quality, safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS), and regulatory compliance.
  • Waste Reduction & Sustainability: Develop strategies to reduce product waste and enhance sustainability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate supply chain team members.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain management, preferably in perishable goods.
  • Proficient in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle), inventory control systems, and MS Office.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
