MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside with one of Northern Irelands top FMCG agricultural companies, who are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their team for a 12 month FTC.

Headquartered in Belfast, this company has manufacturing sites across the UK and United States. Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, and execute engaging marketing campaigns for key products to enhance visibility and engagement across targeted channels.
• Assess campaign performance and refine strategies to maximise ROI and effectively reach the intended audience.
• Plan and oversee events from conception to execution.
• Create compelling content for both digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s message and product positioning.
• Lead digital marketing efforts to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the distributor network, providing essential resources and support to boost sales and drive expansion.
• Oversee and update the product toolkit, ensuring assets remain current, relevant, and easily accessible.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive business growth.

Essential Criteria:

• 3rd level degree or equivalent in business / marketing related subject with 2 years marketing experience OR; 5+ years marketing experience
• Experience in developing and implementing campaigns and monitoring ROI
• Experience in developing content for internal and external audiences
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels as a team player
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
