Your new role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing activities on the factory floor, as well as completing internal audits and handling complaints. The role of Quality Manager also includes cross-communication with departments as well as assisting with training regarding policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role of Quality Manager, you will possess a strong ability to work on your own initiative, as well as a proven track record in a similar position. BRC Audit experience is necessary, along with strong communication skills.
