We are representing a multi office solicitors’ practice specialising in litigation (Personal injury and credit hire) based in west Belfast, who are looking to bring in an experienced Litigation solicitor to the growing practice.

There is an excellent opportunity for a plaintiff personal injury solicitor to take over an existing litigation caseload and help the firm take on a growing body of work. There is a fantastic opportunity for career progression within the firm, a good quality of work and the ability to work part hybrid within a small but collaborative team.

All levels of PQE c3+ will be considered if you have solid litigation experience and you will be remunerated depending on your experience level. As a minimum you will offer broad experience in handling a range of cases from Employers' liability, Occupiers liability, PI RTA 's in County court and high court. You will also be able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of all stages of the litigation lifecycle.

You will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload and have autonomy over your caseload with minimum reporting restrictions.

What you will need to be successful?

· A qualified solicitor in NI

· At least 3 years’ experience ideally in a similar role

· Ideally strong Plaintiff experience however a mix of Plaintiff and defendant experience would be considered.
