Adjudicator (Lay Member) of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (CIPAP) for Northern Ireland

It is intended to make three appointments and to maintain a reserve list for 12 months (but no more than 15 months from the published anticipated appointment date (30 June 2025).

Eligibility:

To be eligible for appointment a person must be able to demonstrate substantial (a minimum of 2 years) experience of dealing with victims of violent crime.

This experience may have been acquired within the community, voluntary, public or private sector. Examples may include the Justice Sector, Emergency Services or as Mental Health Personnel. This list is not exhaustive.

Closing Date: 12 noon Monday 14 April 2025

Fee: £321.62 per sitting day.
