Internal Sales Executive

MCS Group is excited to be working with a leading provider of high-quality aggregates and materials for the construction industry, to recruit an Internal Sales and Counter Executive.

28-32K base salary

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hardware or builder's merchants’ sales to join a growing and dynamic company. As an Internal Sales and Counter Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business, increasing market exposure, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture long-term, positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality products and services.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and following up on potential sales.
• Regularly meet with existing customers and prospects to understand their evolving needs, positioning products as solutions to these challenges.
• Increase customer knowledge of product offerings, with an emphasis on construction aggregates and materials.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate sales records, manage the client database, and ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth within your territory.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the hardware or builders' merchants’ sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and generate new business through proactive outreach and lead follow-ups.
