ERP Project Manager

MCS Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a growing business with operations across NI and the wider UK for a brand new role. The Project Manager will join the business at a critical time as they embark on a period of invesment, with a specific focus on a major ERP upgrade. Alongside this, you'll get to work and deliver a range of technology projects including a major cloud migration and the implementation of new systems over the next few years.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead a major ERP project, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business impact. You’ll be responsible for:

The Role

Managing full project lifecycles – from scoping to go-live
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption
Identifying and mitigating risks and roadblocks
Leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Business Central to optimise implementation

The Person
Proven experience in ERP project management, ideally with Microsoft Business Central
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Prince2, PMP, or Agile certification (a plus)

Salary

Up to £85,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
