Junior/Mid Level Product Owner

MCS Group is exclusively partnering with a local success story within the Health tech space, looking to add a Junior or Mid Level Product Owner to their team. This organisation has a proven track record of fostering an environment that champions growth and progression.

The Role:

• Drive product roadmap execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with UX, UI, and engineering teams to bring product visions to life.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Produce clear documentation for internal teams and end users.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and associated tools.
• Understanding of product life cycles and UI/UX principles.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with SQL will help your application.
