Field Sales Representative

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Field Sales Representative covering the County Louth, Ireland.
Your depot will be based from Balbriggan area, but covering Louth.

Job Salary €45,000 - €60,000+ (can be higher if you are already in the sector) achievable bonus + Car + Expenses + Professional Development + Growth Prospects.

You will ensure great service & sales to customers in your area, the area covers North Dublin & County Louth area.

Responsibilities
· For this job you will secure and grow sales in your area, by promoting products & service.
· Ensure exceptional service to key accounts via regular contact and ensuring service delivery.
· Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market.
· Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products & service.
· Follow-up all leads, negotiate and close new business.
· Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.
· Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements
· Experience of selling into the construction sector in Ireland, knowledge & contacts in the Irish construction market is highly desirable.
· Full driving licence.
· Must be self-motivated, sales focused and can work independently.
· Have the desire to hit sales targets to earn commission & while provide excellent customer service & driving brand loyalty.
· You need fantastic people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.
