Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
  • Oversee daily scheduling, coordinating workflows to maintain smooth operations.
  • Keep clients informed on service timelines and any relevant updates.
  • Delegate assignments to appropriate teams based on workload, urgency, and available resources.
  • Log and maintain records of all service requests to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Supervise job progress, identifying and resolving potential delays.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including management and administrative staff, to enhance productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with external partners to ensure service commitments are met.
  • Monitor deadlines, requesting extensions where necessary to uphold quality standards.
  • Resolve client concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Uphold best practices to drive efficiency and meet operational objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, or administrative operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience in fast-paced sectors such as facilities management, business operations, or logistics.
