The role of Billing Coordinator involves providing accurate customer billing information and ensuring payments are processed accurately, efficiently and in a process-lead manner. You will prepare invoices and customer statements, and investigate any discrepancies. The successful Billing Coordinator will provide support to customers when required and build strong relationships across the various teams within the business to add to the seamless billing process.
The right person for this role will have previous billing experience gained within a utilities environment.
