Our client is a leading law firm with
over 25 years’ experience in the field of construction law and procurement law.
They have offices in Belfast, Dublin, Maidstone, and London.
They are looking for an Office
Administrator to play a vital role in the day-to-day administration of a
busy law firm. The role will be based in their head office in Belfast Cathedral
Quarter on a hybrid basis, is a 12-month contract in the firm.
Job responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and
schedule a busy diary.

Proof reading and
issuing of letters and documents.
-
Draft
correspondence, documentation, notes, reports, forms, minutes, spreadsheets,
slides etc.

Handling incoming
calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
-
Electronic file
management, ensuring filing is up to date and correct, and that information is
easily accessible.
Essential Criteria
-
2+ years’
experience gained in an administrative or office environment.

Must be highly
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
-
Ability to
organise, plan and prioritise varied tasks within a high volume, whilst
maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work undertaken

Attention to
detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in written correspondence.

Good
communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of
integrity and ethical conduct.

Ability to work
remotely and unsupervised as part of a team.

Benefits
Starting salary of £25,000 to £30,000.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm HYBRID OPTION. Generous
