Your new role

• Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts as needed.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of robust internal controls and conduct internal audits as required.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as necessary.
• Aid in the training of finance staff and provide financial training for non-financial managers.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including a comprehensive management accounts pack for review by Senior Management and the Finance Committee.
• Develop departmental budgets and forecasts, encompassing income and expenditure accounts, capital projects, and cash flow requirements.
• Create costing schedules and other financial data for inclusion in tender documents.
• Compile reports for funders.
• Generate capital expenditure and fixed assets reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in preparing accounts from trial balance level and managing budgetary processes, including variance reporting.
• Qualified Accountant and current member
• Desirable Criteria - Experience within the Care Sector and Familiarity with using Integra.
