Honeycomb is delighted to be partnered with an established financial services company, in the search for an office administrator to join their busy team.

Your Package/Benefits

  • Competitive base salary - £23,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
  • Excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing finance company.
  • Current Hybrid working model – Monday to Wednesday based in Belfast office with Thursday and Friday working from home (once the candidate can work at a suitable level without supervision).
  • Hours 9.00am-5.00pm
  • Pension 3% Employer contribution
  • Holidays 37 days, inclusive of statutory days.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience working within an office environment (essential)
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths, English (Grade C+) OR equivalent
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Hold strong administration skills
  • Must have a can-do attitude
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations, sales, and senior management teams.
  • Engage with clients, insurance brokers, and accountants in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to various projects as needed.
  • Manage emails effectively to ensure timely action on all items.
  • Answer phone calls and respond appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regarding data protection and confidentiality, including GDPR, Debt Collection, Anti-Money Laundering, and Vulnerable Customers.
  • Actively participate in training to enhance understanding and advancement within operational processes.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Line Manager and Directors.
