We are currently seeking a temporary Full time Administrator for our Public Sector Client in Dundonald
This role will be providing admin support for Support Services

Mon-Fri 9-5 (37.5)
£11.67ph

Support Services Admin Supports provide an administrative service/support within the Support Services Department of Trust. They will work as an integral member of a team and be expected to use their own initiative.

Duties include but not limited to:

Supervision, support and upkeep of accurate records and documents in line with the departmental Quality Management System BS EN ISO 13485:2016 and Medical Devices Directive 93/42 to ensure that the required quality accreditation is maintained.

Word processing/producing reports/working on computer systems

Entering workforce information into departmental systems. e.g. sickness, annual leave.

Enter information onto both the Fingerprint and Scope track electronic medical device traceability system and report faults.

Liaising with Support Services staff at all levels.

Data input in relation to salaries for Support Services Staff

Data input/ retrieval of information.

Sorting and responding to mail/emails as appropriate.

Dealing with general enquiries/providing advice which requires immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols & policies.

Preparation of statistical information including information retrieved from both the Fingerprint and Scope track electronic medical device management system.

Dealing with requests for information.

Supervision of filing system including setting up and maintaining the provision of a filing and reference system for all documents produced by the decontamination service.

Essential Criteria

5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths or equivalent or higher educational standard AND 1 year’s Administrative/ Clerical experience
OR
3 year’s Administrative / Clerical Experience

AND

Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel and outlook)
