Our client is a leading estate agency, with over 40 years' experience and 45,000 property transactions under their belt.Their focus sits in private residential, and the sales of new homes, premier homes, country homes, and additionally, land sales & consultancy. Your new role
As a Valuer in the company's Holywood office, you will be part of a small team of 4 Valuers.
You will be tasked with a range of responsibilities which will include, but are not limited to:

  • Securing New Instructions will be your priority, with a primary focus on the resale market, while also managing individual site sales, development land, and New Homes.
  • Conducting Viewings- You will be in charge of showcasing properties effectively to potential buyers.
  • Negotiation of sales- You should be able to navigate negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
  • Contract Management- You will oversee the details of contracts from initiation through to completion.
  • Client Reporting and Servicing - Deliver outstanding service and unwavering support to clients at every stage of their journey, from their first enquiry to the final outcome.
  • Prioritisation of workload - You should be effective at managing your time and responsibilities in a professional manner.
  • Lead Generation- It is a requirement to actively seek and cultivate new business for the company.

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9:30-12:30pm

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and efficient way. You should be proficient in IT and familiar with relevant software applications.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role of valuing properties in the residential side of property is required, and a minimum of 2 GCSEs, including Grades A-C in Maths and English.
You will also need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own transport for this role.
