About you
• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and within a team

What you'll do
As a Credit Controller, you will:
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely payments
• Chase overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter
• Resolve customer queries and disputes in a professional manner
• Process payments and allocate cash to accounts
• Prepare and maintain aged debtor reports
• Support the finance team with month-end processes
• Work with the wider team to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts
