QA Electrical Testing Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a QA Test Engineer for our client who is a leading provider of innovative solutions in industrial automation and control systems.

Due to continued growth, this exciting opportunity has become available.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical and electronic products through rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance testing using Cirris Testing Systems to verify the integrity of electrical connections and harness assemblies
• Work within a high-paced manufacturing environment
• Diagnose electrical faults using DC-rated schematics and utilise technical expertise to minimise downtime and improve production efficiency
• Perform root cause analysis to identify technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to Testing Operators, ensuring adherence to established testing procedures and quality standards.

You will have:

• Experience in Testing/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment with Cirris Testing Systems or similar electrical testing equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
