Sales Surveyor – Exciting Career Opportunity
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000+ (DOE) + OTE

As a Sales Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in expanding our business across Northern Ireland and ROI, working closely with both domestic and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and implement new sales opportunities in NI & ROI
- Engage with domestic and commercial customers—both over the phone and in-person
- Build strong partnerships with business partners and key stakeholders
- No cold calling, but actively generate leads in line with business needs
- Price jobs competitively and create compelling client proposals using our CRM system
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships while identifying opportunities for growth
- Work towards achievable targets and KPIs
- Attend trade shows and events (including occasional weekend work)
- Work flexibly to connect with clients—some evening and weekend availability required
Surveying & Technical Assessments
- Conduct on-site and virtual surveys, gathering key data (photos, videos, measurements)
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices
- Accurately communicate all measurements and project requirements
- Be comfortable working in confined spaces (e.g., attics) when necessary
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Manage your own diary with surveys and lead generation activities
- Maintain detailed records using our CRM system
- Attend sales meetings and report on KPIs and targets
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales expertise (preferably in construction or roofing)
- Strong experience in lead generation and hitting targets
- Ability to influence and close deals confidently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs
- Full, clean UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems (preferred)
Bonus: If you have experience in quoting, invoicing, and processing payments, that’s a plus.
